Returns & Refunds Policy

At SayHey, we create products designed to be worn with confidence. Because every single item is printed on demand specifically for you, our return policy is intentionally precise to maintain the high quality of our service. Please review these terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be canceled or modified only within 6 hours of purchase.

  • After this 6-hour window, your order is automatically synced with our production partner and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded, as the printing process has already begun.

2. Returns & Replacements

Since each product is custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or "no longer needed."

  • Sizing errors (Please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing).

  • Color preference (Slight variations may occur between screen brightness and fabric print).

Eligibility for Replacement: A replacement or refund will only be considered if the product arrives with a manufacturing defect or if the wrong item was sent.

  • You must submit a request to sayhey.contact@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photos and a short video showing the defect or the incorrect item received.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or the print is defective:

  • Notify us immediately at sayhey.contact@gmail.com.

  • Our fulfillment partner, requires photographic evidence to verify production errors.

  • Once verified, we will arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you. We do not require you to ship the defective item back unless specifically requested.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • All "Made-to-Order" apparel and accessories.

  • Sale or discounted items.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed.

  • Orders with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

5. Exchanges

To maintain our lean, on-demand production model, we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure about a size, please check our size chart or contact us before ordering. If you ordered the wrong size, a new order will need to be placed at your expense.

6. Lost in Transit

If the tracking info shows that the package was delivered but you haven't received it, SayHey is not responsible. However, if the package is lost in transit (tracking has not updated for over 15 business days), we will work with Qikink to send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

7. Refunds (If Applicable)

In specific cases where a replacement is not possible and a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • It usually takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your provider.

  • If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at sayhey.contact@gmail.com.
