Shipping Policy

At SayHey, we don’t just pull items off a shelf. Every piece is custom-printed for you through our partner, Qikink. This means your order goes through a specialized production process before it begins its journey to your doorstep.

1. Order Processing Time (Production)

All orders enter production within 2–3 working days of being placed.
During this time, we print, cure, and quality-check your items.
Note: Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays will begin processing the next working day.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Once your order is handed over to the courier (Air or Surface mode), the estimated delivery time depends on your location in India.

Total time from order to delivery is usually 5–9 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD): A non-refundable COD handling fee of ₹100 applies to all COD orders.

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as Qikink dispatches your order, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your Tracking Number (AWB) and the name of the courier partner (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, or Ecom Express).

You can track your package in real-time via the link provided in your shipping confirmation.

5. Delivery Issues & RTO (Return to Origin)

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are 100% correct. If a package is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect address or the customer being unreachable, we can reship it to you for an additional shipping fee.
Unserviceable PIN Codes: If your PIN code is not serviced by our standard couriers, we will ship via India Post. Please note that India Post deliveries can take 10–15 days and may have limited tracking updates.

6. Delays

While we aim for speed, delays can occasionally happen due to high seasonal volume, weather conditions, or courier-side issues. If your order hasn't been attempted for delivery within 15 days (Air) or 20 days (Surface), please contact us so we can investigate or arrange a reproduction.
