Welcome to SayHey. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our store. By accessing our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

We strive to be as accurate as possible with our visual identity and product descriptions. However, SayHey does not warrant that product descriptions or other content are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free.
Colors and textures may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

4. Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process orders within 7 to 10 business days.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location within India.
SayHey is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or "Acts of God" (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your SayHey experience. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
For damaged or defective items, please notify us at sayhey.contact@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt with photo evidence.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item passes our quality check.

7. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
To infringe upon our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.
To upload viruses or malicious code that may affect the functionality of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, SayHey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or products purchased.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in mumbai.
